These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Voice Brain (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App lets you record your voice; AI automatically transcribes and sorts it into diary entries, ideas, and tasks. Some features (longer/more frequent recordings, the AI chat across your entries, the weekly report, additional writing styles, custom backgrounds) are only available with the paid Pro subscription.
The App works on-device using anonymous authentication by default. Signing in with a Google or Apple account lets you back up your entries to the cloud and carry them over to another device. You are responsible for managing your own account credentials.
The Pro plan is available either as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), some with an introductory free trial, or as a one-time, non-renewing lifetime purchase (limited to the first 100 buyers, while available), both billed through the App Store or Google Play. Pricing and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen. You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription anytime from your store account's subscription settings; the lifetime purchase does not renew or expire, and cannot be cancelled once completed. Additional recording minutes beyond the monthly quota can also be purchased separately as a one-time, non-refundable consumable pack. Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms.
Transcriptions, classifications, summaries, and chat responses are generated automatically by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. The operator is not liable for any damage arising from AI-generated content.
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
The operator may revise these Terms as needed without individual notice. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Voice Brain（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく場合には、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、ユーザーが録音した音声をAIが自動で文字起こし・分類し、日記・アイデア・タスクとして整理するサービスです。一部機能（記録の長さ・回数の拡張、文字起こし回数、AIチャット機能、週刊レポート等）は有料のサブスクリプション（Proプラン）でのみ利用できます。
本アプリは匿名認証を用いて端末単体でも利用できます。GoogleまたはAppleアカウントでサインインすると、記録をクラウドにバックアップし、他の端末に引き継ぐことができます。アカウント情報の管理はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
Proプランには、App Store／Google Playを通じた自動更新のサブスクリプション(月額・年額、一部プランには無料トライアル期間あり)と、先着100名限定の非更新型の買い切りプラン(1回払い)があります。料金・更新周期は購入画面に表示される内容に従います。自動更新のサブスクリプションはいつでも各ストアのサブスクリプション管理画面から解約できます。買い切りプランは更新・失効の無い1回限りの購入で、購入完了後の解約はできません。月間の録音時間枠を超える追加分は、消費型(1回払い・返金不可)の追加パックとして別途購入できます。購入・返金に関する規約は、Apple／Googleの規約が適用されます。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリの文字起こし・分類・要約・チャット回答等はAIにより自動生成されるものであり、内容の正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。生成された内容によりユーザーまたは第三者に生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
運営者は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーへの通知なく本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") rigen tu uso de Voice Brain (la "App"). Al usar la App, aceptas estos Términos.
La App te permite grabar tu voz; la IA la transcribe automáticamente y la organiza en entradas de diario, ideas y tareas. Algunas funciones (grabaciones más largas/frecuentes, el chat de IA con todas tus entradas, el informe semanal, estilos de escritura adicionales, fondos personalizados) solo están disponibles con la suscripción Pro de pago.
La App funciona en el dispositivo usando autenticación anónima de forma predeterminada. Iniciar sesión con una cuenta de Google o Apple te permite respaldar tus entradas en la nube y llevarlas a otro dispositivo. Eres responsable de gestionar las credenciales de tu propia cuenta.
El plan Pro está disponible como suscripción de renovación automática (mensual o anual), algunas con una prueba gratuita introductoria, o como compra única sin renovación de por vida (limitada a los primeros 100 compradores, mientras esté disponible), ambas facturadas a través de la App Store o Google Play. El precio y las condiciones de renovación se muestran en la pantalla de compra. Puedes cancelar una suscripción de renovación automática en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de suscripción de tu cuenta de la tienda; la compra de por vida no se renueva ni caduca, y no se puede cancelar una vez completada. Los minutos de grabación adicionales que superen la cuota mensual también se pueden comprar por separado como un paquete consumible de pago único y no reembolsable. Las compras y reembolsos están sujetos a los términos respectivos de Apple y Google.
Las transcripciones, clasificaciones, resúmenes y respuestas del chat se generan automáticamente mediante IA y no se garantiza que sean precisos o completos. El operador no es responsable de ningún daño derivado del contenido generado por IA.
El operador puede cambiar, suspender o discontinuar la App en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
El operador puede revisar estos Términos según sea necesario sin notificación individual. Los Términos revisados entran en vigor una vez publicados en esta página.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Japón. Cualquier disputa derivada de la App estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva del tribunal correspondiente a la ubicación del operador.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen ("Bedingungen") regeln deine Nutzung von Voice Brain (die "App"). Durch die Nutzung der App stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu.
Mit der App kannst du deine Stimme aufnehmen; die KI transkribiert sie automatisch und sortiert sie in Tagebucheinträge, Ideen und Aufgaben ein. Einige Funktionen (längere/häufigere Aufnahmen, der KI-Chat über alle deine Einträge, der Wochenbericht, zusätzliche Schreibstile, benutzerdefinierte Hintergründe) sind nur mit dem kostenpflichtigen Pro-Abonnement verfügbar.
Die App funktioniert standardmäßig geräteintern mit anonymer Authentifizierung. Wenn du dich mit einem Google- oder Apple-Konto anmeldest, kannst du deine Einträge in der Cloud sichern und auf ein anderes Gerät übertragen. Du bist selbst für die Verwaltung deiner Kontoanmeldedaten verantwortlich.
Der Pro-Plan ist entweder als automatisch verlängertes Abonnement (monatlich oder jährlich), teils mit kostenloser Einführungs-Testphase, oder als einmaliger, nicht verlängerbarer Lifetime-Kauf (begrenzt auf die ersten 100 Käufer, solange verfügbar) erhältlich, beide werden über den App Store oder Google Play abgerechnet. Preise und Verlängerungsbedingungen werden auf dem Kaufbildschirm angezeigt. Ein automatisch verlängertes Abonnement kannst du jederzeit über die Abonnementeinstellungen deines Store-Kontos kündigen; der Lifetime-Kauf verlängert sich nicht und läuft nicht ab, kann nach Abschluss aber auch nicht storniert werden. Zusätzliche Aufnahmeminuten über das monatliche Kontingent hinaus können separat als einmaliges, nicht erstattungsfähiges Verbrauchspaket erworben werden. Käufe und Rückerstattungen unterliegen den jeweiligen Bedingungen von Apple und Google.
Transkriptionen, Klassifizierungen, Zusammenfassungen und Chat-Antworten werden automatisch von der KI erzeugt und es wird nicht garantiert, dass sie korrekt oder vollständig sind. Der Betreiber haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch KI-generierte Inhalte entstehen.
Der Betreiber kann die App jederzeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung ändern, aussetzen oder einstellen.
Der Betreiber kann diese Bedingungen bei Bedarf ohne individuelle Benachrichtigung überarbeiten. Überarbeitete Bedingungen treten in Kraft, sobald sie auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht werden.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht Japans. Bei Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der App ist ausschließlich das für den Sitz des Betreibers zuständige Gericht zuständig.

본 이용약관("본 약관")은 Voice Brain("본 앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 본 앱을 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
본 앱은 사용자가 녹음한 음성을 AI가 자동으로 텍스트로 변환하고 일기, 아이디어, 할 일로 분류하는 서비스입니다. 일부 기능(더 길고 잦은 녹음, 모든 기록을 넘나드는 AI 채팅, 주간 리포트, 추가 글쓰기 스타일, 사용자 지정 배경)은 유료 Pro 구독을 통해서만 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 기본적으로 익명 인증을 사용하여 기기 단독으로도 이용할 수 있습니다. Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인하면 기록을 클라우드에 백업하고 다른 기기로 옮길 수 있습니다. 계정 정보 관리는 사용자 본인의 책임입니다.
Pro 플랜은 App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 결제되는 자동 갱신 구독(월간·연간, 일부는 무료 체험 기간 포함)이나, 선착순 100명 한정의 갱신되지 않는 1회 결제형 평생 이용권 중 하나로 제공됩니다. 가격 및 갱신 조건은 구매 화면에 표시된 내용을 따릅니다. 자동 갱신 구독은 각 스토어 계정의 구독 관리 화면에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 평생 이용권은 갱신·만료가 없는 1회성 구매이며 결제 완료 후에는 취소할 수 없습니다. 월간 녹음 시간 한도를 초과하는 추가분은 소비성(1회 결제, 환불 불가) 추가 팩으로 별도 구매할 수 있습니다. 구매 및 환불은 Apple 및 Google의 각 약관을 따릅니다.
본 앱의 문자 변환, 분류, 요약, 채팅 답변 등은 AI에 의해 자동으로 생성되며, 그 정확성이나 완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 생성된 콘텐츠로 인해 사용자 또는 제3자에게 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
운영자는 사전 통지 없이 본 앱의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단·종료할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 개별 통지 없이 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 게시된 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.
본 약관의 해석에는 일본 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 본 앱과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 운영자 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심의 전속적 합의 관할로 합니다.

Les présentes Conditions d'utilisation (les "Conditions") régissent ton utilisation de Voice Brain (l'"Application"). En utilisant l'Application, tu acceptes ces Conditions.
L'Application te permet d'enregistrer ta voix ; l'IA la transcrit automatiquement et la classe en entrées de journal, idées et tâches. Certaines fonctionnalités (enregistrements plus longs/plus fréquents, le chat IA sur toutes tes entrées, le rapport hebdomadaire, des styles d'écriture supplémentaires, des arrière-plans personnalisés) ne sont disponibles qu'avec l'abonnement payant Pro.
L'Application fonctionne par défaut sur l'appareil en utilisant une authentification anonyme. Te connecter avec un compte Google ou Apple te permet de sauvegarder tes entrées dans le cloud et de les transférer vers un autre appareil. Tu es responsable de la gestion des identifiants de ton propre compte.
Le plan Pro est disponible soit comme abonnement à renouvellement automatique (mensuel ou annuel), certains avec un essai gratuit initial, soit comme achat unique à vie sans renouvellement (limité aux 100 premiers acheteurs, dans la limite des stocks disponibles), tous deux facturés via l'App Store ou Google Play. Le prix et les conditions de renouvellement sont affichés sur l'écran d'achat. Tu peux annuler un abonnement à renouvellement automatique à tout moment depuis les réglages d'abonnement de ton compte de la boutique ; l'achat à vie ne se renouvelle pas et n'expire pas, mais ne peut pas être annulé une fois finalisé. Des minutes d'enregistrement supplémentaires au-delà du quota mensuel peuvent également être achetées séparément sous forme de pack consommable à usage unique et non remboursable. Les achats et remboursements sont soumis aux conditions respectives d'Apple et de Google.
Les transcriptions, classifications, résumés et réponses de chat sont générés automatiquement par l'IA et leur exactitude ou exhaustivité n'est pas garantie. L'exploitant n'est pas responsable des dommages résultant du contenu généré par l'IA.
L'exploitant peut modifier, suspendre ou interrompre l'Application à tout moment sans préavis.
L'exploitant peut réviser ces Conditions selon les besoins sans notification individuelle. Les Conditions révisées prennent effet dès leur publication sur cette page.
Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois du Japon. Tout litige découlant de l'Application sera soumis à la compétence exclusive du tribunal compétent du lieu de l'exploitant.
